Brooklyn Point to be built at 138 Willoughby St., by Extell Development, will feature a saltwater infinity pool on its rooftop. The pool will become the highest rooftop pool in NYC.
The 68 story building, to be complete in 2020, will be the tallest building in Brooklyn, for a little while anyway. A taller building is being planned for 9 Dekalb Ave., which is just a couple blocks away.
The Brooklyn Point building will have 458 units, a mix of studios, one-, two-, and three-bedrooms, ranging from $840,000 to $4 million.
