This building is being constructed through the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program of New York State Homes and Community Renewal and the Supportive Housing Loan Program of the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development. Supportive Housing is permanent, affordable housing with on-site support services to serve the needs of the most vulnerable New Yorkers, including the formerly homeless and disabled. 60% of units in supportive housing are set aside for low income or formerly homeless individuals.
In addition there are eight VASH units set aside for Veterans. The remaining 40% of units in the building are made available to the public through lottery. The units listed on this notice are only those made available to the public.
The Deadline to apply is July 8, 2020. We suggest you start the process now to be safe.
