Have you walked past the empty lot on Malcolm X Blvd between Monroe and Madison and wondered what was going to be built there? Well, according to YIMBY, it will be developed into a four-story residential building. The Bedford Stuyvesant lot’s exact address is 167 Malcolm X Boulevard between Monroe Street and Madison Street.
The proposed 60-foot-tall development will yield 7,500 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have ten residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 750 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar, penthouse, and a 30-foot-long rear yard.
