Concern Pitkin is offering 22 newly constructed units at 410 Warwick Street in East New York, Brooklyn. The building has an outdoor patio, computer room, laundry room, fitness center and community room. Pet friendly building, some restrictions apply. There are five 1 bedroom units at 40% AMI. There are two studio units, two 1 bedroom units, and five 2 bedroom units at 60% AMI. This building is also offering eight 1 bedroom PVB units at 50% AMI. To request an application by mail, send a self addressed stamped envelope to Concern Pitkin c/o Concern Independent Living 312 Expressway Drive South, Medford, NY, 11763. Only send one application per development. There is a preference for residents of Brooklyn Community Board 5. Tenants are responsible for electric and cooking electric. Rent includes heat and hot water.

Affordable Housing Program

This building is being constructed through the Supportive Housing Loan Program, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit, and the Inclusionary Housing Program of the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development. Supportive housing is permanent, affordable housing with on-site support services to serve the needs of the most vulnerable New Yorkers, including the formerly homeless and disabled. Sixty percent of units in supportive housing are set aside for low-income or formerly homeless individuals or families with special needs, who are referred by city agencies. The remaining 40% of units in the building are made available to the public through a lottery. The units listed in this notice are only those made available to the general public.
