East New York Restoration Local Development Corp., was created as a direct result of the Gateway Center Mall Phase II expansion funded through a Community Benefit Agreement from The Related Group, to ensure direct access to employment opportunities; on-going small business support; and neighborhood enhancement through various forms of community development.
