Saturday, November 4, 2017, during the Healthy NYC Expo, residents of Brooklyn are invited to come out to a Free Medicare / Medicaid Information an Enrollment Session to discuss their options, including Child Health Plus and Medicare Advantage. This session is especially important for seniors over 65 as well as seniors soon to be 65.
This is Open Enrollment season, therefore you can make changes or adjustments to your health coverage now. If you have questions or looking to make changes then you should bring information about your current coverage in order to determine the benefits of changing or adding features to your coverage.
EmblemHealth and HealthyNYC will be facilitating this session. You do not have to be a current EmblemHealth member to take advantage of this information session.
