According to YIMBY, permits have been filed for an eight-story mixed-use building to be developed at 2611 Pitkin Avenue in East New York. The site is on Pitkin Ave. between Logan Street and Fountain Avenue. Non profit organization, Housing Works is listed as the owner who submitted the application for the permits.
The current 2-story building will be replaced by an 8 story building, which will most likely include apartments and a store front.
