About the Building

2425 Pacific Street is a modern, all-electric, Green Building–designed development that provides high-quality affordable and supportive housing. Sixty percent of units are designated as supportive housing for formerly homeless or disabled residents referred through NYC agencies. The remaining 40% of apartments are available to the general public through the Housing Connect lottery.
