New York City welcomed its first babies of the new year at NYC Health + Hospitals/Kings County just moments after midnight. The milestone arrivals were twin girls, born to parents Sheneece Crumbie and Jordan Tomlinson of Crown Heights, Brooklyn.
Meet the First Babies
The first twin was born at 12:01 a.m., weighing 6 lbs., 13.9 oz, followed by her sister at 12:02 a.m., weighing 5 lbs., 15.4 oz. These are the third and fourth children for the couple, who expressed their joy at welcoming the twins. The babies have not yet been named.
