According to YIMBY, permits have been filed for a four-story mixed-use building at 379 Dewitt Avenue in East New York. The lot is located between Hinsdale Street and Williams Avenue, which is just four blocks from the New Lots Avenue subway station on the L line.
The proposed development includes 17,562 square feet designated for residential space and 1,054 square feet for community facilities. The building will have 26 residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 675 square feet.
An estimated completion date has not been announced.
