A new development will be built in Brownsville at 1663 East New York Ave. The rendering of the development was recently revealed by the developer. According to YIMBY, the development will comprise of 42 affordable apartments.
The 42 apartments will average approximately 692 square feet apiece, indicating rentals. The building will also include tenant storage and a rooftop terrace. Construction dates have not been announced.
