With early voting underway, Stefani Zinerman is closing out her re-election campaign with a show of force few Assembly candidates can match. The list reads like a who's-who of New York Democratic politics — House Democratic Leader Hakeem Jeffries and Attorney General Letitia James at the top, followed by more than 30 sitting state legislators, a comptroller, and a roster of the state's largest labor unions. For Zinerman, the breadth of the coalition is less about star power than message: that her record on housing, deed theft prevention, and economic opportunity in Bedford-Stuyvesant and Crown Heights has earned trust across the political spectrum, from Albany insiders to the shop floor. The campaign is now turning that support into turnout, urging supporters to vote early through June 21 or head to the polls on June 23rd.

Assemblymember Stefani L. Zinerman Earns Endorsements From Leaders Across New York Ahead of June 23 Primary

A broad coalition of federal, state, and local officials joins labor unions and community organizations in support of Zinerman’s re-election in the 56th Assembly District

BROOKLYN, NY. As early voting opens across Bedford-Stuyvesant and Crown Heights, Assemblymember Stefani L. Zinerman’s re-election is backed by a broad coalition of leaders at every level of government, led by Congressman Hakeem Jeffries, Leader of the House Democratic Caucus.

“Stefani Zinerman is a results-driven leader who delivers for Bedford-Stuyvesant and Crown Heights. She has secured critical investments for working families, NYCHA residents, homeowners, small businesses, and community institutions while leading efforts to protect homeowners from deed theft and expand economic opportunity. Stefani knows how to bring people together and get things done. I am proud to support her re-election to the New York State Assembly,” said Congressman Hakeem Jeffries.

New York Attorney General Letitia James also stands with Stefani. “Stefani Zinerman is the kind of leader that our community deserves. She’s stood up for working people, time and time again... She shows up, she listens and she delivers. That’s why I proudly endorse her again for reelection,” said Attorney General James.

“I am deeply grateful for this coalition,” said Assemblymember Zinerman. “These leaders, unions, and organizations represent the working families, caregivers, educators, and neighbors who make our district strong. Their trust is a responsibility I carry every day. Now we finish the work by getting out the vote.”
