Hosted every Wednesday evening beginning June 17, the series features a diverse lineup of musical performances and family-friendly programming that has brought Brooklyn neighbors together for more than a decade.

BROOKLYN, NY — Assemblymember Jaime Williams is inviting residents throughout the 59th Assembly District to take part in a longstanding Brooklyn summer tradition as the Marine Park Summer Concert Series returns for another season of free outdoor entertainment, live music, and family fun.
For more than a decade, the Marine Park Summer Concert Series has provided families, friends, and neighbors with an opportunity to gather outdoors and enjoy a wide variety of musical performances in one of Brooklyn's most cherished public spaces. This year's series will take place every Wednesday evening at 6:30 p.m. beginning June 17 and continuing through August 26 on the lawn near the Bocce Court in Marine Park. All performances are free and open to the public.
Marine Park is located within the 59th Assembly District, which includes the communities of Canarsie, Mill Basin, Bergen Beach, Georgetown, Gerritsen Beach, Flatlands, and Marine Park.
Williams said the concert series is one of many opportunities for residents from throughout the district to come together and celebrate community during the summer months.
"Summer is a time when neighbors reconnect, families spend more time together, and our communities come alive with activity," said Assemblymember Jaime Williams. "The Marine Park Summer Concert Series has become a beloved tradition for many families throughout the District. I encourage residents to join us each Wednesday evening for great music, community spirit, and memorable summer nights."
The 2026 concert series features a diverse lineup of performances representing a variety of musical genres and cultural traditions. Residents can enjoy Caribbean music, salsa, classic rock, opera and Broadway favorites, country western music, disco, rock and roll, children's entertainment, and popular hits from the 1960s and 1970s. The series is designed to offer something for every age group while celebrating the diversity that makes Brooklyn's neighborhoods so vibrant.

Residents are encouraged to bring blankets, lawn chairs, family members, and friends and enjoy an evening of music under the summer sky. Rain dates have been scheduled for each performance.
