AI Company Sierra Leases Full Floor in SOHO at 375 West Broadway for First NYC Office
San Francisco-based Sierra, a conversational AI customer experience company, has signed a full-floor lease for 14,563 square feet at 375 West Broadway in SoHo. The lease marks Sierra’s first New York City office and brings the five-story boutique building to full occupancy.
“375 West Broadway is a tremendous asset in one of New York’s most innovative and sought-after neighborhoods,” said William Tees, Vice President of Asset Management at Manova Partners. “We are delighted to welcome Sierra and maintain full occupancy in such a competitive commercial leasing environment.”
Brett Harvey of Newmark represented Manova Partners, while Jeff Fischer and Connor Krup of CBRE represented Sierra in the transaction.
Built in 1863, the property is currently undergoing capital upgrades under Manova’s management, including renovations to both the front and rear lobbies. Manova acquired the building through a predecessor company on behalf of an investor in February 2022, and these improvements are the first since 2014.
