The 153 apartments are priced across several income tiers:

  • Studios: starting at $903 and reaching up to $2,633
  • One-bedrooms: ranging from $960 to $3,821
  • Two-bedrooms: ranging from $1,142 to $3,366

These units are distributed across 40%, 60%, 110%, and 130% of Area Median Income (AMI), allowing both low- and middle-income households to apply. Income eligibility ranges from $34,766 to $192,500 depending on unit size and household composition.

Preferences and Set-Asides

A portion of apartments are reserved for applicants with mobility, vision, or hearing needs. Preference is also given to residents of Brooklyn Community Board 06, as well as municipal employees and military veterans.
