The Brooklyn Nets have signed free agent guard Killian Hayes and forward Tyrese Martin. Per team policy, terms of the deals were not released.

Killian Hayes: Rising NBA Talent

Drafted 7th Overall by Detroit
Killian Hayes, a 6’4” guard, was selected 7th overall by the Detroit Pistons in the 2020 NBA Draft. He spent four seasons (2020-24) with the Pistons, playing in 210 games and starting in 145 of them. Hayes has career averages of 8.1 points, 2.9 rebounds, 5.2 assists, and 1.2 steals in 26.1 minutes per game. Among his draft class, Hayes ranks 5th in both total assists (1,090) and steals (245).

Breakout 2022-23 Season
Hayes reached new heights during the 2022-23 season, playing a career-high 76 games (56 starts). He posted personal bests with 10.3 points, 6.2 assists, 1.4 steals, and averaged 28.3 minutes per game.
