NYC Health + Hospitals/McKinney has announced that NYC Council Member Rita Joseph has secured $475,000 in city funding to enhance security infrastructure and expand rehabilitative services. The funding will introduce telemetry remote monitoring for residents with cardiac conditions such as congestive heart failure, improving oversight and reducing unnecessary hospitalizations.
