The Bowery Presents is undergoing a major leadership transition as longtime co-presidents Jim Glancy and John Moore step aside from the New York-based concert promotion company. Four longtime executives—Josh Bhatti, Charley Magrew, Andrew Martin and Josh Moore—have been elevated to senior vice president and will collectively assume leadership responsibilities. Magrew will oversee marketing, ticketing, sponsorship and venue initiatives from New York, while Moore will lead talent operations from the city. Martin will oversee business and legal affairs from Nashville, and Bhatti will lead the company's New England operations. The Bowery Presents, which became part of AEG Presents in 2016, has played a major role in New York's live music industry and produces concerts at several prominent NYC venues.

Co-Presidents Jim Glancy and John Moore Announce Departure from New York-Based Concert Promotion Company
Josh Bhatti, Charley Magrew, Andrew Martin, and Josh Moore Elevated to Leadership Roles as Senior Vice Presidents
The Bowery Presents, a wholly owned subsidiary of AEG Presents, today announced a transition in its senior leadership, with longtime Co-Presidents John Moore and Jim Glancy stepping aside from their roles.
As part of the transition, Josh Bhatti, Charley Magrew, Andrew Martin, and Josh Moore have each been promoted to Senior Vice President and will collectively assume leadership of the company. Magrew will lead on marketing, ticketing, sponsorship and venue initiatives based out of the company’s New York office, and Moore will oversee talent, also based out of New York. Martin, based in Nashville, will have oversight of business and legal affairs. Bhatti will run the Boston-based New England office – previously reporting into Glancy and Moore – as a standalone regional promoter. The four executives will report to Brent Fedrizzi, President, North American Regional Offices for AEG Presents.
The new leadership structure Is designed to build upon the foundation established under Moore and Glancy. Moore co-founded The Bowery Presents as an independent promotion company in 2004, with Glancy joining as partner in 2006. The company became a part of AEG Presents in late 2016.
Bhatti joined The Bowery Presents in 2010 as its first employee working outside of New York City. He started his career in artist management and then at Clear Channel Entertainment before segueing into independent concert promotion. Magrew began his career at Hennepin Theatre Trust promoting shows in Minneapolis before moving to New York, serving in leadership roles at Broadway Across America and Kings Theatre. He joined The Bowery Presents in 2015. Martin, who holds a J.D. from Southern Methodist University and an M.B.A. from The University of Texas at Dallas, started at AEG Presents in 2007 before joining The Bowery Presents in 2018, most recently serving as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel. Moore, who got his start as a concert promoter in Athens, GA, first joined AEG Presents in 2005, working out of the company’s New York office. In 2007 he began his tenure at The Bowery Presents as one of the original talent buyers starting with the Music Hall of Williamsburg.

In their new roles Magrew, Martin and Josh Moore will share responsibility for strategic direction and day-to-day leadership of the New York office. Bhatti will lead the New England regional business, overseeing its continued development and operations. All will work closely with Fedrizzi and the company’s broader management team.
