BROOKLYN, NY — August 30, 2026 — Fusion East Caribbean & Soul Food Restaurant will bring another night of live music to Brooklyn on Tuesday, September 1, as Out of the Blue takes the stage for an end-of-summer evening featuring live R&B, singers and musicians, Caribbean and soul food, cocktails and no cover charge.
Guests can begin the evening with happy hour from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., followed by live music beginning at 7 p.m. Coming just ahead of Labor Day weekend, the event gives New Yorkers an opportunity to close out the summer with dinner, cocktails and a live performance without paying a cover charge.
Live music is a regular part of the Fusion East experience, with performances featuring accomplished singers, musicians and live bands.
