Two NYC culinary powerhouses have joined forces to bring New Yorkers something new and exciting. Chunk Foods, an innovator in plant-based meats, has partnered with iconic local institution Pastrami Queen to introduce “The Prince powered by Chunk.” Starting Thursday, August 1, at Pastrami Queen’s Moynihan Food Hall location, this new creation combines Chunk’s award-winning plant-based Slab, prepared as pastrami, with classic New York deli mustard, rye bread, and a pickle—a tribute to the city’s timeless deli tradition with a modern twist.
